Dhevvadhoo Rasgefaanu, Sultan from 1692 to 1701, considered the first Sultan of Isdhoo Dynasty due to the fact he was married to Kahdeeja Kan'ba, daughter of Ibrahim Shah Bandhar of Isdhoo. He was the Chief Justice before coronation as the Sultan. Died of poisoning in a suspicious circumstance. No descendants.
